Primary intent must be treatment under Ayurveda, Naturopathy, Yoga, Unani, Siddha, or Homoeopathy.

2. Accredited Facility Only

Must hold an invitation from a center accredited by NABH, Ministry of AYUSH, NCISM, or NCH.

3. Passport Validity

Minimum 6 months validity from arrival with at least 2 blank pages.

4. Financial Proof

Proof of sufficient bank funds (last 3-6 months) and confirmed return flight.
